An Open Letter to the World

 

Imagine a future where every child has access to the basic human right of education. A world where children from all walks of life can experience the joy of learning unfettered by lack of proper learning materials and school equipment. That is the dream we hope to make a reality through our charity initiatives at 3rd World Love.

 

I started 3rd World Love as a charity initiative in 2018 along with my late husband, Mr. Arun Phull, as a means of contributing our efforts towards bringing literacy to children from underprivileged families. We shared a collective vision of sponsoring education for children without access to basic school supplies and teachers. Years later, I carry forward our cause in his memory. 

 

We are based in the United States, although our operations are carried out internationally in developing regions like Kerala, India, where 11% of the total population still lives in poverty and education is still a necessity. 

The education crisis is still an urgent concern for our world, even today. In India, over 25% of the population lives without basic reading and writing skills. The case appears even more grim with regard to the education of girls, where 53% of girls in the age group of 5 to 9 years are illiterate. However, with your support, we can make a lasting impact and invest in the future by educating bright young minds.

Through your support and donations, we can give children in Kerala an opportunity to learn and grow by funding books, school supplies, clothing, nutritious meals, transportation, remedial tutoring and computer literacy classes.
